Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Mahendergarh is among the top residential schools in India. It was established under the aegis of âRao Chiranji Lal Samriti Jan Seva Trust, Mahendergarh. It is situated on Bucholi Road, in the east of the town Mahendergarh on the bank of the river âDohanâ. The school campus has a splendid architectural beauty designed by expert architects using special earth â quake resistance device. The school lies in a serene and pollution free environment. The school environment is congenial and conducive to the holistic development of the child. It has an ultra modern infrastructure in a lush green campus in the lap of nature which includes the Admin Wing, A.C. and Air Cooled hostel for boys and girls respectively. We believe that excellence is the only hallmark of competence and achievement.

**INTRODUCTION**
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, affiliated to CBSE, is a residential, co-educational school running under the aegis of Rao Chiranjil Lal Samriti Jan Sewa Trust Mahendergarh. It is a dream project of Rao Bahadur Singh, Chairman, Yaduvanshi Group of Institutes and Ex. MLA, Nangal Choudhary.
Rao Bahadur Singh, a man of mettle, who grew from scratch to his present position of repute, felt an urge to do something for Mahendergarh, his karmabhoomi. Listening to his inner voice, he decided to take up a task in the service of mankind. With this driving force, Shri Rao Bahadur Singh planted the sapling of the tree of knowledge on the bank of river Dohan on 14 Jan 1995. The sapling has grown into a full size healthy tree acquiring the name of yaduvanshi group of Institutes which under its banner has 12 Senior Secondary Schools-Mahendergarh, Narnaul, Sohali, Thanwas, Satnali, Rewari, Kosli, Dhani Mahu (Bhiwani), Hanshi, Jind, Gurugram Sec-92 & Sec-33 and a number of colleges providing professional courses be it B.Ed, M.Ed, C.P.Ed, JBT, STC, Nurshing, Polytechnic and Engineering Nuturing under the guidance of a team of experts.
We, the Yaduvanshians believe that the principal goal of education is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done. The School provides an Environment that promotes originality of thoughts, creativity in skills, analytical thinking, spirit of inquiry, thirst for knowledge, effective communication, humane persona and a healthy competitive spirit irrespective of gender, race, religion or disability.
In that rat race of material pursuit, we understand our crucial role as educators. Special care is taken in framing the school curriculum which aims at the holistic development of a child’s personality. The academics is balanced with leisure time activities and the child is acclimatized to modernity upholding the rich Indian cultural heritage, besides extending a helping hand to the underprivileged in becoming a part of the mainstream and enjoying the right to education by providing free education. The school also awards scholarships to students excelling in academics, arts and sports and games.
